It's normal to not know what to do with your emotions, to mess up in relationships, and to struggle with self-care. It is okay to fail, make mistakes and break down. We will help you get back up and keep trying!
You have come to the right place if you are you looking to improve your relationship with yourself, build some self-love, self-respect, self-compassion, self-reliance to name a few. If you have a difficult time understanding and expressing your emotions, have a hard time connecting to your needs and self care. You may be having trouble in your relationships and not feel like yourself. From depression and anxiety to trauma and relationship issues you may feel like change is impossible or too difficult. I promise, it is not. You got this. Life is traumatic, and we are in this together.
Mindful Therapy offers 50 minutes sessions for individual adults, couples and children. We also have a clinician that speaks Spanish and German.
